What is Pass Plus?

Once you've passed your test you are fully qualified to drive on your own but just how confident will you be, for example, driving on the motorway or on a dual carriageway?

Pass Plus is a training course for newly qualified drivers and will help you consolidate your skills.  Research has shown that new drivers are more likely to be involved in an accident in the first two years after passing their test.

Pass plus consists of six practical modules:

• Driving in town
• All weather driving
• Driving on rural roads
• Driving at night
• Driving on dual carriageways
• Driving on motorways

The course lasts for six hours in total and I will be continually assessing your progress. There will be no formal test. 

You may now be thinking of buying your own car.  Your Pass Plus qualification may help reduce your insurance premiums.
